Friends and their kids :)

Riley is loving all the babies around right now!  She has had the chance to hold Toby a few times and just can't get enough--she told Aunt Liz the other night, "Aunt Liz, I like your baby".  Toby is pretty chill and doesn't mind a 4 year old taking the time to cuddle him a bit!  Its pretty cute to watch her sing to him--she has been singing, "My Only Sunshine" to him!  There is something very sweet about watching a little one cuddle another little but its even more unique when its your child and the child of a lifelong friend--not just unique but totally amazing :)
"Oh my", was Josh and Mark's response to this :)!  I think Mark actually said, "alright Luke that is one wedding you are making me pay for".  These two are pretty cute and in this case, Lydie had taken Luke's hand and led him down the path--he went quite willingly by the way :)!  Although it is highly unlikely, would be pretty funny if they even went to  a prom or something together.  For now, we can giggle at the hand holding and hugs and take it while we can get it!
Melanie had surgery last week on her kidneys!  She is finally pain free--woo hoo!  We had the chance to hang out with Owen for the day and the boys had the opportunity to be, well, boys together!  It was the first time that they weren't just playing beside one another but WITH one another and it was a pretty wonderful thing to watch!  Their little boy giggles and smiles are enough to melt anyone!  They were having their own little conversations--who knows what they were saying but it was cute to watch anyway!  In knowing and loving his parents, I hope that these two will be good buds just like their dads were growing up :)
So on Saturday night I had this great idea to have the Keaths, Willsons, and Mannis over so that we could all be in the same place at once with all 8 kids--3 newborns!  WHOA BABY!  It was a blessing to watch everyone but man, the noise level and chaos (kids falling out of the tree house, poopie diapers, dogs eating off the kids plates, etc.) was quite amusing and crazy at times!  We all laughed through it yet as chaotic as it was, there were sweet sweet moments, like Ava and Riley having a tea party and talking "girl talk".  Ava and Riley both have these HUGE beautiful brown eyes--pretty darn cute together if you ask me!  They would be really hard to say no to if they asked you something simultaneously!  It was a blessing to have Ava--who is a little older than the rest of the toddlers, for Ri to play with!  She was quite excited to have her visit and hasn't stop talking about her since!  A whole group pic will follow soon........
Riley finally had the chance to hold baby Cooper--he has had such a rough start and is so tiny, that I kept telling her to just wait awhile!  Well, she had the chance and loved it just as much as Mr. Toby!  He really made Ri look so big though, its amazing that she was close to that size at one time--where does the time go????
