Riley wanted to stop for pictures every 1/2 mile or so. She LOVES to take pictures and actually had her first school pictures last week! The photographer thought she was great--he is a Cburg native and so Riley's teacher explained her lineage to him! Apparently she put on quite the show with poses and faces, etc. Once he knew she was Molly Messner's great grandchild, he loved it even more! Mawie would have loved that they thought she had some of her showmanship in her :)!
Yesterday we decided to head out for the "first hike of spring"! We are definetely not winter people and so even a hint of warmth makes us get cabin fever even more! Well, Caledonia was GORGEOUS! We were in awe of God's beautiful creation and in awe of how well our BIG 4 year old did on her first "no carrying" long hike! She was awesome and enjoyed every minute of it!
We were able to put the camera on a log to capture a family pic in front of the waterfall or water fountain as Riley called it!
